Welcome to a portfolio of my artwork. I have a variety of work for you to see, most of it animal portraits. You will notice that I love to draw and paint both wild and domestic critters.

I have been showing my own dogs in conformation and obedience for over 30 years. Most recently, I have taken up herding and agility competition in addition to the show ring. My career in portraiture began when friends asked me to do a portrait of their favorite show dog or pet.

My web site has a variety of animals rendered in both of my favorite mediums; pencil and watercolor. Each type of work has special qualities all it's own.
